TeleMedicine COVID-19 Update:
Dear Patients,

During this time, would would like to remind all of our patients that we are proud to offer TeleMedicine as a way to be able to connect with your providers here at Chelmsford Primary Care.


If you have an upcoming appointment in our office and would feel more comfortable meeting through TeleMedicine, or if you have a fever/flu-like symptoms, or even concerns of exposure; please let us know and we will work with you so that you may connect with your provider utilizing TeleMedicine.


We are all in this together and we will continue to do everything we can to be able to support our patients during this time.  




TeleMedicine: Getting Started

To be able to utilize TeleMedicine, you must  have access to a SMARTPHONE or a laptop/tablet/Ipad/computer with a WebCam or Camera built-in. You must also be enrolled into the Chelmsford Primary Care Patient Portal.

 *If you need to enroll in the Patient Portal, please contact the front office at 978-256-5522 and speak with the front office, who will help complete your registration. You will need to have access to an email address for registration.

*Once Registered, you have the option to download the App; Please search for Healow in your AppStore.

Our unique code for our office is GDEBAA.
*You may also log-on into the Patient Potal via a Web Browser on any device listed above.                                  

Once you have enrolled into the Patient Portal, you can now call our office to set up a TeleMedicine Appointments. These appointments are booked in the same way physical office visits are booked. You will be given a time and date for your appointment. Your appointment will also be booked with an individual provider.  As with any other appointment, we always try our best to stay as close to schedule as possible. If delays with another patient occur, we will reach out to you directly to let you know to remain patient, and your provider will be with you very shortly. 

TeleMedicine: Instructons

On your appointment day, please try and begin the log-on process about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow our office to help troubleshoot any issues you may have (if at all), and still get your visit ready by your scheduled appointment time. We have attached step-by-step instructions on beginning your Televisit. If you have any issues during any of the process, do not hesitate to contact our office. We are here to help.
