Prescriptions
Refills requests will be processed Monday through Friday from 8am-2pm.
To refill your prescription, please call (978) 256-5522 ext. 143.
Refill requests can also be submitted anytime through your patient portal.
Please call in your request at least forty-eight (48) hours before your prescription runs out.
The following information is needed:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Phone number where you can easily be reached
- Name of medication
- Name and location of pharmacy
We will only contact you if there is a problem. Please contact your pharmacy to see when your medication is ready for pick up.
Some narcotic and other controlled-substance prescriptions may require Controlled Drug Contracts to be in place. There may be times where these controlled medications may not be filled over the telephone and will require you to come into the office and pick-up a paper prescription.
